Painted Blood Parrots??

any parrot cichlid that is not orange is a man-colored fish. orange parrots are there natural color of the hybrid fish. if you happen to find other solid colors of this fish it will eventually turn back to orange.

Incorrect! Some will fade to a pale yellow, others have coloration silmilar to Flowerhorns. I've seen the latter called Snakeskin Parrots and they probably are hydridized with Flowerhorns.

hmmm pale yellow? never heard of it. cause they usually have a mix of red devils there color will turn to orange. or at least a lot of the MFK ppl say so too.

Snakeskin parrots are indeed a cross between a Parrot and Flowerhorn I ran across those on a site and they showed the breeders and one was a flowerhorn other parrot. Its a Hybrid x Hybrid to make a Super Hybrid lol. Look colorful.

i have 2 bp they are great fish with good personalties, but the tattooed and the snakeskin is going to far same with the heart bp.

Snakeskin isnt painted those are just another hybrid so if your fine with normal BP then the new hybrid BP shouldnt bother your there not dyed. Just like if BP are ok for you then you should have any problems with a flowerhorn as far as morals go

You need to relax yourself.

GER just said that if you are ok with regular BP's than the snakeskins are really no different. Just another hybrid. No one said you have to like the aesthetics of the fish...

In my statement bout morals i meant if your ok with BP then flowerhorns being hybrids should be ok with you just like the snakeskin BP should be ok. Not that you have to like them just the way they came to be should be ok with you since you enjoy your hybrid BP. I did not mean it as your morally wrong for disliking them.
