Pet peeve thread

Also, people who think they're so smart and are in fact idiots. For example this girl in my science class who started the experiment before our group finished setting up the lab.

Her excuse was, "Well, it doesn't matter if we're done or not, I haven't done my hypothesis either!"

And you're starting the experiment????
 
Another one: People who talk on the cell phone (hands-free or not) while driving. :angryfire:
 
this was a big one in new england for me, thankfully i don't live there anymore..

people who notice someone trying to merge, and cut them off just cuz.


people who see a 2-lane go to a one-lane, and instead of zippering in, ride the shoulder and try to pass everyone to be in front (i can, have, and will drive in the shoulder just to thwart these attempts.. ;))
 
My next door neighbor in the condo , she has to SLAM EVERY DOOR, DRAWER, and TOILET SEAT. She just has no consideration for her neighbors especially when she gets up at 4 or 5 in the morning and does it . It goes on and on and on , even right now I hear her:eek3::wall:

I get her back when I play my guitar :)

I hope no one calls me while they are on the toilet.. wow that was a bad visual LOL

mine is people standing in a food line to pay, chomping away on their order... as if they are that starving that they can't wait the 30 seconds to pay.... or even get to their seat.

BIGGEST is for someone to either question my integrity or to consider me "stupid".
 
Olive garden commercials. They just seem EXTREMELY cheesy or really fake. When people play their Ipods REALLY loud on the bus so you can practically hear every word of the song 3 seats over.

and kids running around un-controlled and unsupervised in public... Just the other day I tripped some little punk who kept running between me and the jeans on the shelf I was lookin at. After the 3rd time, i got 'em! then his momma said, what happened?!?!
I said I dont know, maybe if you were watchin him, you would know what hpaaened. Several other customers laughed.. I thought it was great.

People who get dressed up to go to Walmart... WTF?!? its WALMART people...
