I saved at petsmart too. I got a master test kit for $14.00 instead of the store price of $28.00. And also a 50 watt heater for $17 compared to $26 the price listed at the store. I just printed a copy of the product with the picture and price, and they matched it.

Do they (Petsmart) match the prices of their own website or would they also match prices from other websites eg. fostersmith/bigals etc.
Good question. They will only match the price of their website. If you want to match the price of another lfs (not online) then you have to bring in the ad showing that the other lfs is advertising the EXACT same item for less and they should match it or give it to you for something like 5% lower than the other lfs's advertised price.
So Drs. Foster and Smith catalog wouldn't work? They're only an online/mail order store.sophiecat22 said:

ther was a similar post a couple weeks ago like this one. Lots of savings I picked up 2 penguin bio wheel 350 filters for 26.99 each just printed the petsmart online price and took it in. The store price was 46.99 each I saved 50 dollars. I consider this a steal.
