Hello all, I have a couple of questions about my Leather I've had for one week. I brought it home and noticed it had a smaller coral attached to it, and proceeded to separate the two. When doing so, I damaged the foot a bit. For the first five days, the coral showed no sign of distress and was consistantly at full bloom. For the last day and a half it has receeded into itself. I also noticed some tissue flaking off of it from time to time with the water flow.
Should I be taking some action?
Is my research of light and flow correct? (Med light, Med flow)
Tank: 55 gallons
Water Params: 0 nitrate, 0 ammonia, 0 phos, 0 trites, PH 8.2, Cal 400, SG 1.023, Temp 79-80
I have attached some photos to give a better idea of the damage I've caused. :headshake2:
Thanks in advance for any info and suggestions you all may have!
