i cycled this tank in may and replanted it mid july with stems to mature it. i usually do a weekly trim on sunday. high light, pressurized co2 with inline injection and fert dosing as needed (micro/macro mix + kno3 + k2so4). it's around 47gl (20 x 18 x 28). since taking the second last pic the bala has gotten his own tank so it can continue to grow :D

Plants: Hydrocotyle verticillata / Ludwigia repens (palustris) / Ludwigia (something) / Limnophila sessiliflora / Alternanthera reineckii "roseafolia" / Java fern / Bacopa monnieri / Hygrophila difformis

The hygrophila difformis is now around 24" tall when falling over and the alternanthera reineckii is somewhere around 22" tall. The limnophila sessiliflora hits the top of the tank mid week and by sunday it's a wall of green.

Aquabum... what kind of plant is that?

You mean the plant in the center of the tank?

It's called L. Aromatica. I'm in love with this plant. It displays such beautiful colors, and she never stunts (thank goodness).

That's what I ment. :) It is a awesome plant!

BTW, where do you get your plants? Were I live there is a Petsmart, and a local pet store (little-to-no plants)... do you know if Petsmart will do Special Orders?

Any info (from anybody) would be awesome :)
