well glad its not leaking. cleaning up the mess isnt fun even if you are ditching the carpet. good luck with the stand.
Well here's the 30g all cleaned out and ready to be converted... I went to home depot and bought everything except for the silicone. I asked an associate if they had any aquarium safe silicone and he said no. ???
just make sure it has no additives. i think its like GE 1 make sure nothing is added for mold.

The silicone HAS to be the Silicone 1 made by GE no mildew stuff in it, I used it for salt with NO problems...
