I think they starting to spawn/mate/whatever frogs do to propagate the species... must do some research and see whats in store for them. They'll be far too big for the tank in 6 to 8 months time.

Couldn't resist taking a few more close-up pics tonight... Myself and the camera both got bitten in the process. Luckily they don't have teeth! Still it's a kinda weird feeling having the first 2 joints of your finger down a frogs throat! 
2 years later and long overdue for an update!!!
Sadly 2 of the pyxies died one night about a year ago - not sure what killed them but I suspect the remaining dominant male "Frogger" had a claw in it! He's getting quite big now - 4" - and he draws blood when he bites so it's very difficult to feed him mouse pinkies and clean the tank! lol
This is still my favourite tank and it has a very special place in our lounge... guests are amazed by it!

Nice save. I would love to see these guys in the wild. I have a male that's about 2 years old. So is that a current photo of them? If so they should be MUCH bigger than that by now. When I got my male he was the size of the ones you have and now he's as big a grapefruit. They're also very cannibalistic so keeping them alone is highly recommended.
Yes this is a current photo - taken today. I have researched "Frogger" and in the wild they take 5 years to reach full size 9". Considering Frogger has grown from an inch to 4 in 3 years I would say he's expanding exponentially! lol
Well yours could also be a female which don't grow nearly as large as the males.
Here's mine they day I got him 2 years ago.
Here's a photo of him from about 5-6 months ago. Right now he's on a diet of large duba roaches, crickets and small rats.
