Rainbow Fish

I think you will be fine with 6 dwarf neon rainbowfish
 
I think 6 boes, will be too big, as they get 4-5 inches as adults.
 
Well is says on liveaquaria that they get up to 3 inches. Plus that guy earlier had 6 in a 30g. Mine is a 75 and the top is always open in my tank. For some reason my fish love to swim near the bottom
 
sorry, i thought you had a smaller tank. No, then, you could even get 8 for a 75G. Sorry, my bad. And in my LFS's rainbowfish show tank, the boesemanis are over 4".

No, I used to, I said in my LFS's tank, not mine, though I wish it was.:)
 
I do have 10 dwarf neon rainbowfish which I am selling today to some guy for $25.
