def the fattest i've seen - too often see them with sad sunken sides mandarins have always been towards the top of my "dream fish" list it's so nice to see such a healthy specimen

Yeah I agree.. I'd love to have a mandarin but I think I'd go broke buying it pods..

im doing the LRR heap and so far it is working. i see little pods playing in it like a school yard. my goy has found the heap and now just hangs outside of it and has a feast lol

The majority of my rock was 3 years old but as soon as the tank was set up, once a month I'd buy some pods and chuck some in the main tank and some in the sump so they could multiply away in preperation for a mandarin. I only brought him sooner than expected because of a flatworm outbreak - which he hasn't touched -so my pod supply must be OK.
