Okay so I went to my LFS and they owner asked me if I could take an old Angel off his hands...? He was overstocked and getting a shipment in tomorrow (Tuesday) and was looking at a worse-case scenario.
Of course I said yes, but I feel comfortable with my setup to do so.
So my Q is based on my stocking - 75G 2 Veil Angels, 6 Boesemani Rainbows; 2 Blue Rams; 5 Spotted Corys; 5 Julie Corys; 4 Green-Gold Corys; 4 Otos; 2 Flame Gouramis; 1 Bristlenose Pl*co:
...am I pushing this too much?
After introducing him to the tank (he is a fully grown 7-8" veil-angel) I would say things looked good, but you know how you get a feel for things after doing this hobby for a while? Well I got this "feeling" that this was at the limit of what this tank can handle (if not overmuchso).
What do you guys think? It was this or euthanize, and I know that that it is better in some situations to do so, especially if it disrupts the balance of a system, but I am interested in your thoughts!
I will keep things under observation, but the angels are all in harmony atm and swimming together beautifully!
Thanks CT~
