shaking head.not eating.rubbing...HELP!!

i turned up the temp and moved my loach but its getting worse than ever, his scratching even more now and losing quite a few scales from it, still not eating and has started to clamp his fins together

wow its been over a month and his still alive- just. His really skinny now and his got a secondary infection (slime disease) i gave him a second dose of sterazin but to no effect. i think he may be eating im not sure i put pellets in there and sometimes they dissappear tho i havent actually seen him eat...
im really at my wits end any help/advice would be welcome.

did u cycle that new 4ft tank before you put him in? i dont see how you could transfer him with completely new water and get nitrate readings that quick, even with established filter material.
i think you should get your water tested at a LFS or just buy some tests. if the tank wasnt cycled and it's a month later, the nitrite or ammonia is probably still really high.
how hard is the water? youre taking the chlorine and chloramine out when you do water changes, right?
if its none of these things, i dnno wat to tell you. ive never had that kind of fish before and people have already suggested what he may be sick with.

I'm not experienced like other users but my dolphin had the same problems a few days ago. I bought an ahli. When I put them together there weren't any problems. After a few days, dolphin started to become weird. She was napping in the base of the tank, not moving too much, not eating. She was stressed because of other fish. I took the ahli from the tank and she is better now. She is eating fine. Maybe your fish is also get stressed. Sometimes they get stressed because of other fish or because of he is alone. Sometimes tank size make them stressed. Sometimes they want some place to hide. You need to read the behaviors of your fish and behave him accordingly.
