I am computerly challenged & am a huge learning curve to be here.
I have only 10 male Bettas at this time.
Currently all 10 Betta tanks are healthy some with full live plants.
These community tanks range from 2.5 gallon to 5.5 gallons.
I have other larger & smaller tanks but this is about Bettas.
I hope to learn from this forum as losing fish & plants has been a bummer.

Here I have Zazzy Rosé my Veiltail, and Sadfin, I don't remember his breed can you tell?
I got both from my nearby mom and pop fish shop and love them to bits. I chose sadfin because it seemed that his tail fin had been cut off with a pair of scissors. My shop said that their supplier does that rarely, but only in rare cases of bad split fins. His tail grew back full and beautiful with lots of love and blood worms.

This is T'challa my black orchid male betta, who I have had for 6 months. He is my first fish and I am in love! He's sooo hard to get a picture of with being so black, he's got the most beautiful dark blue under light

I hope this isn't against etiquette, but the only other posts i saw like this were very old.

I just wanted to start a thread for people to show off their bettas. I would love to see them all! Names and types if you have/know them and feel like it. Whether they are varients of betta splendens or one of the rare types out there doesn't matter.

I'll start. I have 3. All males.

Tyson, my blue and gold butterfly halfmoon.

Drago, my platinum black dragon.

My new rescue that i haven't settled on a name for yet. He is a very large red halfmoon King. Already doing so much better since i brought him home yesterday.

I currently have 2.

First up is Franklin (male)


And Cheriko (female)



And we have had others in the past. I have bad luck with bettas, most are from Petsmart. Cheriko is imported so expecting better health with her. Franklin is just Franklin. He is a tough guy, overcame a bout of columnaris on his own.
