My 2 male veil tail angels are sick.. one has milky-white patches on his fins and the other has a milk-white top lip and has patches on his body.
They aren't fuzzy and the patches don't stick up at all.
My params are:
Ates-5-10
Ites-0
Amm-0
Ph-7.1
Thanks :(

No, I've just tried again to get pics, my camera washes the color out.

It's like finrot, but it doesn't seem to be rotting, and it's all over them, not just the tips of their fins.
They haven't been acting different, they're eating fine and don't seem stressed at all.. I don't have a hospital tank for them, I only have a 5g that isn't even set up.
I'm really worried about them.

Pics really would help, but the PH shouldnt be any problem they can
handle it up to 8.0. It almost sounds like a fungus  of some sorts

Alright, since I cannot get pics I'll just dose the tank with Pimafix and do 50% WCs every other day, sound good?

I would bet its Columnaris- esp from the white lip description. Treat with anti-biotics. I have had good success with generic EM or maracyn (basically EM). Sometimes with a severe case you may need to dose higher than the label directions. Note Columnaris is often called mouth fungus even though it is not a fungus.

Start with the normal dose and if after a full round of treatment it isnt showing signs of improvement, increase the dose by 50% for the second round.

sounds like it could be what two tanks has suggested. also it is comon to use acriflavin and other external meds.
as well as the anitbiotics. I would also suggest increasing water changes.
