sick cory died...pics

yea I know... thats what makes it so strange! I'm like CSI over here...going through the entire tank looking for clues...lol. My wife says I'm strange :)

I bought the school of cory's together about 5 months ago I would guess.
 
I googled hith..thanks!! I never knew such a thing existed!! He was stressed as I had just taken out of the 55 put into a 29 then back into the 55 the next day after I redid the tank...thanks for the idea.
 
my next question is that I am down to three corys now...I've been told they need 5 or more to be happy...I bought 5 but one died during transport from the lfs (was dead when I got home) and now this one...I'm down to three. Should I buy more?

In my 55, I have 10 Panda's, 4 Peppered, 2 Schwartzii, 3 Albino, and 2 Emerald :lipssealedsmilie:
 
are there angel fish in the tank. Hole in head is very common in angel fish usually genetic I keep 48 varieties of cories but have never seen this before. Sorry to hear for the loss were they tank raised or wild caught.
 
That is not what HITH looks like from my experience.

HITH looks more like an infection or rotted spot... that looks like a cleanly cut unjury
 
So sorry for your lost cory. Always sad when that happens.
 
I am just wondering if there was any decor that he may have smacked into when he flipped out and went all crazy. This is only a thought.
