Small Tank Contest

If I find a sutable adult fish to show in the tank I will enter it. I will not enter for the prize as I would not know how to price it. I am sure I would not find a 2 gallon tank made out of 1/4 plexi for sale, so are you going to sell some of those betta fry when they come along :)

Gosh, I wonder what fish I would use??? ;)
I even got a spare 5 gallon from a few years ago in the basement and lets see, got filter and hood as well. :) And since there is no budget it, I am sure I will still stay under the $50 limit. And Can i do this with 20 fish in the 5 gallon?
I am not joking on this and hopefully no babies either. :)
 
I hadn't checked this thread since it started...I was expecting to see SOME PICS!!! I have a 2.5 gal and could use some ideas... :cool2:
 
Nursie! Patients! I mean patience! :) They only just decided for sure on the rules, at least I think they're done deciding. LOL, I'm sure pictures will follow. It's too bad my 5 gallon bowfront got stolen last year. :( I still have the hood though.
 
Hope everyone is enjoying puttering around with their small tanks :) There has been an interesting "by-product" of this challenge (for me anyway) My eyes have been opened to all sorts of different species that I never really considered before...I am rather enjoying my new "inhabitant"...Looks like this may be as much as a learning experience for the participants as those that will hopefully benefit from the pics and specs down the road :)
 
Can I enter my SW setup? It's within budget, occupant will be happy there his entire life...
 
:) I'm totally in then. 2 tanks, potentially. Depends on how much time I have to take some pics.
