the more aged it is the stronger it smells like alcohol.. next time take a shot. Doesnt taste 2 bad.

I tried a little bit of it once. I'm underage, but by accidents for mistaking beer for apple juice, I know what alcohol tastes like, and it certainly smells like and tastes like a very cheap drink. Yeast+Sugar+Water=Alcohol+CO2.

No joke, I'm going to try it next time I change the solution. I change my solution weekly, though, so is that enough time to ferment something halfway potent?

Mix it with some juice and it probably would taste like homemade wine.

Think about it this way. For every molecule of sugar you put in, you get two molecules of alcohol (if it's perfect). That's gotta have some kick to it lol. Lol just watch, in two weeks our plants will be healthy and pearling and we'll be wasted!
