my username might suggest i drive a civic. And that i do, 2000 honda civic si. And im loving it everyday although $3.00 a gallon sucks.. my car takes premium gas only so to everyone complaining about paying $1.99-$2.50, i wish my gas was still that cheap :mad2:
Why premium?!! I thought the point of a 4 banger was the fuel economy.

I drive an 03 checy tracker. Very impressive offroad for what it is. More than once I was asked who towed my little "car" up that hill/over those rocks/through that mudhole etc.

premium gas burns longer than regular. and its something to do with the design of the engine needs 93 octane, my moms car ( acura tl ) requires premium also. Maybe its something to do with just DOHC VTEC engines, not sure.. but i just know my car requires it, says it nice and big on my gas cap :)

yellowfreckles, I am NOT letting my hubby see that pic of your truck!! He'll want to chrome up ours!! LOL!
I drive a PT Cruiser-and LOVE IT!
I do wish it got better gas mileage, tho-around 20-22 for me, with about a 50/50 split between highway & city miles in the normal tank.

 Hehee, can you believe the only thing my hubby picked out for the truck was the step bars, and IMO, I just don't think they look right. I kept telling him to stick with the chrome, but he thought black would look better. :duh: I love it when I see a guy admiring the truck and comes up to me and ask "Is that your husbands truck?" I just smile and say nope.

I know a guy down in Texas where we lived who would marry you sight unseen on the basis of that truck!
if you weren't married already! haha!
He had a black peterbilt with chrome EVERYWHERE!
and a black shortbed chevy-same way-nothing but black & chrome!

We drive a 2000 Honda CR-V. Now that we have three kids, we're sorry we didn't get a Honda Odyssey instead...especially since the CR-V has no towing capacity for hauling a tent trailer. Now, with regular gas costing about $3.91 CDN per gallon (103.4 cents per litre...and that's cheaper than we were paying on vacation at 108.9 cents/litre!) I don't think we'll be getting a minivan/second car anytime soon. At least it's convenient for hubby to take the bus to work. :)
