I wanted to get a couple of pictures side-by-side to show how the planting in my 50 has grown in since I replanted it with the current layout.

This shot here is dated 1 June 2010.

Here is that spathe on my Anubias hastifolia. It's not so much to look at, but I have had this plant growing now for a couple of years and it is fun to see it bloom. The spathe might open up some more. I will return with more pictures if it does.

I want to do a small 10g betta riparium. Are there any appropriate flowering plants I could try? I was looking at your other posts on the orchid site. Would any of those be possible? Any orchids I mean.
 
Orchids are kind of tricky and I haven't found any that grow real well in ripariums...although I have killed a few trying.

Peace lilies and pilea would be real good for a betta setup.
