Here's another view of that 50.

Here is another FTS for my 50-gallon setup.

I took some more time to get a better view of the fish.

Wow, what are the reddish stones in the 55g?

Those are very old weathered bricks from the river. They are the coolest rocks that I have.

I have just started working on a video series. It will probably be a slow evolution, but I hope to keep working at it. I uploaded a couple more new videos tonight. These are quick demos of the Small Hanging Planter and Nano Trellis Rafts. The second video shows them planted with Windelov Java fern (on the raft) and Crypt. pontederiifolia (in the planter).

Your ripariums are awesome! I've never owned one but I'd love to set one up.
How could I do this in a very low-tech way? Say just a small 20g, with Japanese Rush (Acorus gramineus) and maybe some swords?

Maybe a couple of female bettas and maybe a school of tetras? What do you think?

Just thought of this, and sorry if you've addressed this already, but have you ever tried java fern 'trident' in a riparium? What about needle leaf?

Hey INka4040 I just saw your post. I have used regular Java fern and Windelov too and they worked very well. However, it seems that Java fern requires high air humidity, so it is not suitable for a setup like this with an open top. It would be better in a high-humidity riparium with crypts and anubias and stuff like that.

Here is a another quick new photo update for the 50-gallon.

This image is a montage that I made to correct for exposure.
