Is it really necessary to just bash an online retailer that is also a member of this site?

Fish are perishable and the deliveries are not always on time...

..that being said his refund policy is his refund policy... I am not affiliated with the site but this openly negative talk is bad for the site...

If you have a valid complaint take it to management..but please find a more direct route than bashing them through a transaction that went well...
 
I also agree with RDTigger. Felix, you say you had a good experience with them and are happy with them but then you start bashing them and saying you won't use them again. Doesn't make sense on how you can be happy with the fish and service you got then publicly bash them at the same time.
 
Whoa!! Wait a minute!

I thought this was supposed to be an open forum. I posted about my good experience, and had numerous people bad mouth them. The remark about the return policy was meant to be in support of the site. I remarked I wouldn't go with the site again was in response to all the negative feedback "I" recieved. Overall, I've heard little good, and don't want to try my "luck", again, when I'm being advised not to. Like I keep saying I had a good experience. I asked for others experiences, and that's what I got. Sorry, if you thought I was being negative, and if others had a bad experience. I'm only going on what almost everyone has told me about the site. Thanks.
 
If you're happy with him you're the only one. Everyobne else gets dead or dying fish from him and he won't answer emails or phone calls about it. I'll NEVER order from him again and I'll never miss a chance to tell others not to.
 
it's a shame many have suffered bad experience with this vendor. we should invite the vendor to defend himself.

This is an open forum and Felix has a right to express his opinions whatever they might be just like everyone else does. I think their F rating with the BBB speaks for itself.

hey i wouldnt buy a gold fish from that bounch of crooks,i also bought some discus ,the worst looking group of fish a few were dead upon arrival...dont do it.......:nono:
 
I guess I'm just lucky?

I don't know how I, apparently, lucked out, but I did.:huh: My fish are still healthy, and alive, after about four weeks. They eat well, and seem normal. I think I got a killer deal. 5 Discus, for $117(I believe was the total price paid, but under $120, definately). Essentially $20 or so, per fish. Prompt shipping, no hassle, no fuss, all alive. I ordered them late at night, and called the USPS to pick them up from the post office, so, I wouldn't have to wait all day. I feel horrible that people have had bad experiences. If I hadn't heard all these negative responses, I might have considered ordering from them, again, but why would I risk it again? Based on one experience? :screwy: I've heard so many people say they had a bad experience, and the Better Buisiness Burea's bad rating, and my initial reaction to Discus for under $10.00 that I'm inclined to listen to people with grievances.
