I didn't really see where the bubble tip was, but the star polyps should be ok.
I doubt the anemone will make it if the tank is cycling.

Thanks RN! Here is a pic of the bubble! Should I try to feed it? All I really have are frozen mysis?
At this point it won't matter but I probably wouldn't feed it. Typically not a good idea to feed a nem for the first couple of weeks of acclimation to a new tank. Your tank is new so its gonna be kind of tough for the nem to acclimate.
Ok, so I got home from work today and the nem is shriveled up hiding in a hole under the piece of LR that he is on. :-( doesn't look to good! On a good note though the coral I got on the other piece of rock is actually out!! Pic to follow... Tested the water again.. pH is 8.2 ammonia is 0 and nitrites are 0.25 nitrates are 10 SG is 1.023 temp is 80 so my cycle seems to be well under way! Will test again tomorrow. Should I order my CUC now? Have ugly brown diatoms all over everything...

Sounds like your levels are good enough to add some snails and crabs. As everyone else said its pretty early for a nem to go in so I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't make it, keep an eye on it if it starts puking its guts out yank it out. GSP spread like a weed once they start growing you might want to consider moving that rock to the sand and away from your rock formation or they'll spread to other rocks.
Quick update! Tank is cycled! Poor anenome is dead. :-( but the coral seems to be doing ok still! I put in 2 turbo snails, and 10 hermits so far.. and they are doing well eating away at the diatoms and stuff that has been growing since the tank cycled! Should be getting a quick clean up crew tomorrow (ordered from reefcleaners.com) setting up quarantine tank now! What fish should I get first? Decided that I definately want 2 o. Clowns, some sort of Goby that will pair up with a pistol, a firefish is two, and a flame angel! I'm thinking I should get the firefish first, the the Goby/ shrimp, then the clowns and lastly the flame angel! Quarantine the firefish for 3-4 weeks depending upon needing to treat for disease...then add them to the display tank... Then QT the Goby/shrimp combo..(should I add sand to QT at that time?) Then the clowns and last but not least the flame angel!! Looking at QT each for 3-4 weeks and giving time for bioload to handle!
Does this sound.reasonable? Any other ideas?

Get a top before the firefish they are jumpers, so are some of the types of goby's that pair with pistols. Stocking order sounds fine. Can add the shrimps and crabs whenever you want. Porcalin and pompom crabs are my favorites they're usually pretty peaceful. You don't have to add the goby and pistol at the same time unless you buying a prepaired pair.
