Some may not be able to pay for private school...gonefishin said:...All you have to do is take your lid out of public schools.....
Again I'm not posting my opinion, but... Some countries do not have public schools. If you can't afford to go to school, you do not get an education. I know we are not a 3rd world country, but we are taking "free" public schools for granted if we try to tell them what rules they can and cannot enforce. Where I went to school(I think this is the case in most public schools) they loose money if a kid was an unexcused absence.125gJoe said:Some may not be able to pay for private school...
the quote marks were for that purpose, "free" public schools aren't free. but schools still loose money when kids cut class, and this would help cut back on those losses. I wish to stress that these are just words, not neccisarily my oppinion. The problems with our schools are many and multi-dimensional, and for me to go into my feelings on that would take weeks.....Leopardess said:No, public schools are not "free." Nothing is ever "free." Our tax money pays for public schools.
