You might want to have a closer look at the green stuff under the shrimp's body, it looks like it might be Ellobiopsidae . Check out This link for more info.
Thank you!! I’ll take a closer look as soon as I see that shrimp again... it seems they’ve both gone into hiding, but I think I just found a molt so that would make sense. Crazy that they’re already molting though... please say this is a molt and not a dead body....

I did a water change this morning and they were swimming around like crazy, but all of a sudden they’re both hiding and I can’t find them.

Upon looking at older videos of this shrimp, I do think that it could be that parasite... but would need to see in person if it’s that or just green eggs. What would you suggest I do if it is that parasite? I think it’s pretty fatal... should I euthanize before the other shrimp gets it? I don’t see any on him

It looks like a molt so good there.

I've never had that green stuff on shrimp so can't personally advise on what to do. I just came across what it is on another forum and the advice is to quarantine or euthanize and to not buy from that store or vendor again.

Upon further research it’s not looking very good for the poor guy... if I can see it and have a confirmed diagnosis I’ll probably just euthanize because I haven’t heard any instances of actually curing it. Do you know anything about how it spreads? Is my other Amano in that tank safe?

Update, caught the little guy and put him in a jar. Not too sure what to do with him but it’s definitely ellobiopsidae

Check out Rachel O'Leary's you tube channel videos of Quarantine Set-up Shrimp Disease, mostly Part 3 and Part 4. They are older videos but may offer some info for you for treatment.

A picture update after today’s water change :) I added some cool leaves I found on a golf course

I think you euthanized a berried (egg-carrying) female shrimp....
Lol I never ended up euthanizing. It’s just in a 1g jar with some leaf litter, air stone, and water lettuce for now. I’m 90% sure it’s the parasite because it’s so green and looks more mossy than egg-y. But it’s in the jar so I can keep a good eye on it. If the color of the eggs/parasite change then it’s eggs, if it stays then there’s not much I can do for it so I’ll let it live out the rest of its days in the jar. Rachel’s treatment ended up not being successful after further inspection. :)
