When my fish nibble me I freak out. Its ridiculous. Doesnt hurt at all, but ahh! And when they brush up against my hand? Forget about it! Im a bit jumpy by nature.
oh, that's too bad. I have two golden dojo loaches that like being petted! They're absolutely adorable. Soft as a baby's butt, tooTheZoo said:And when they brush up against my hand? Forget about it!
yep. this is true. my betta loves all the plants in my tank. he's constantly weaving in and out of them all day long.Lobo. said:it was a good idea to put the driftwood in there with the live plants, bettas (at least in my experience) love lots of plants in thier tank, the more the better
you are very lucky. he sounds like a sweetheart, letting your other fish eat first.fishcatch22 said:my betta LOVES pettings. he also likes to eat out of my hand... ahh..... he's such a good natured fellow. I feel so lucky!
That's really cute. I've always had aggressive bettas, so I actually want a nice one!webcricket said:I initially wasn't too thrilled with my betta being aggressive since he was bought for a community tank and the previous bettas I'd kept were all low-key sorts. It is cool having a fish with a different personality though! His bite certainly doesn't hurt, or even pinch, it's just cute (which I think makes him angrier).
