I usually don't take the time to seed mine. But I go back and swish a net through at times to collect debris or poo strands anyway. Any remaining seeds floating around get collected then too.
Instead of Zuch I feed seedless cucubers they love em. In the summer when I grow veggies I feed them zuch cuc and the heavy spines from cabbages lettuces. I parboil everything as much for safety as tenderness.
