I dont think so, as I said, they have been in there a couple years, and none are bigger than 1/4". Wouldnt at least some of them be bigger than that by now?

You could always try limiting food rations for a little while. Make a conscious effort to keep any food from settling on the bottom by throwing in less food less often and keeping the gravel clean more often. You could do that while manually killing them as well. Between the starvation and the smushing, you might wipe them out.
