Reality TV? I can't name one that isn't 90% fake. Tanked is ok but not as good as I had hoped. I know zero about saltwater so I can't comment on the stocking but what's with the fake coral? They even put fake coral in a FW Cichlid tank!!!

Come on, no one liked the 6' "shark tank" with illegal species (Leopard Shark) used as a receptionist desk for a law firm? Was something wrong with that? /sarcasm

I agree with the wrestling coverage on Sci Fi, it's just as fake/bad as some of their original movies. (I'm looking at you Sharktopus....)
They arn't bad. I've seen bad movies. They were masterpieces in comparison to SyFy Original Movies.
Of course when I'm at work and people ask about those movies I use different words like "interesting" and "different" to describe them. But then people should know by now that those words are code for "wtf is this crap and why did someone order it in this week?!". :evil_lol:
I'm never watching this show again, the peacock cichlids were practically pressed up against the glass because that's how much room they had. This show is almost as bad as that show they used to have where that guy thought that he was a wolf and his girl friend was getting hurt by the wolves all the time.

Bleh...I think the tanks are kind of gaudy. Didn't like the 'car tank' at all, those lights were obnoxious. Coral inserts are OK but they don't seem to be the greatest at 'scaping' things. I am definitely biased towards more of the au natural look though.
Well, you could make an argument that it is both science and fiction. Just because it's scripted, and we all know that it's "fake" doesn't mean that those performers don't know their physiology, geometry, and physics to some degree. They have to at least be able to put that knowledge to use, even if they couldn't teach it, to keep from crippling each other or themselves. No matter what else you can say about them, those folks are *athletes*.
