There are so many types it is hard to say, but if it were me and I actually caught it like you did.. it would have been flushed right after. Not worth risking, you already have plenty of good things in your tank, one less worm isn't going to make a difference.
You really need to setup a photobucket or flickr account so you don't have to rely on this place to host your photos.
I have the video up and running of that worm. If someone could help us out by letting us know what it is that would be great. We just want to know so if we see more of them we know what they are and if they are bad.

Ok thanks. Now we have one of those rolly polly things. It's about the size of a pencil eraser. I just read something that said if you don't have fish in the tank for a few month then they might die. Is that true?
Here is a picture of a big one. They look like those bugs that you see under rocks that run real fast and if you pick them up they roll into a ball. I saw again last night. I don't see how i could catch it it is as fast as a fish and runs to the rock and hides to fast.
