To the OP... Is there a law out there or a law pending that is making you feel discriminated? Please elaborate.
Everyone has their pet issues. This appears to be his, I have mine. Around here, separation of church and state is sorely needed! I really don't feel comfortable with the county commissioners starting their meetings by leading their constituents in prayer...
I agree Nicole, but sadly there is no guarantee of such a separation, particularly at the state level. Even at the federal level there is no explicit separation per se, only a prohibition on laws respecting an establishment or prohibiting the free exercise of religion. That leaves alot of ground uncovered. I'm sure the commissioners stance is that you're free to not pray and that's good enough.
