Themed Tanks

i have an amazonian themed tank.

Lol, I'm with you jm. I have Tanganyikan, Central American, and Planted themed tanks.

JP your getting close, maybye a fire red plant , somthing the fish move to much to see' all the red in the tank . I Love your little igloo , did you make it ?

Oh yeah, and the leaves would match the background as well, and would be a perfect way to hide the air hose .

I LOVE THEME TANKS! I also have a pink tank.
I just rearranged the plants yesterday, so it's going to take a while for the red temple and sunset hygro to fill in....

If I get some more tanks might be a funny idea to do a Disney Theme with the Mickey Mouse Platies! *lol*

When I get the refurbed tank I am working on set up I am using it as a bedroom tank... I want a soothing color scheme... But the idea of the Australian Aboriginal Dream Time Theme is also kicking in for it.

There would be an interesting irony about a "desert" themed tank. A fake dry- barren environment... ... under water.

Sand... fake cacti... maybe an old wooden saloon ornament (if you could find or make one).

Get some Marimo moss balls to simulate tumble weed...

Shame sea horses are marine fish... they would be perfect additions...
