I need to vent and get some opinions. I had an order of 32 mbunas scheduled to arrive today. It has taken weeks to prep for their arrival...cycling a tank, buying yet more rocks, moving fish around etc. I even have several other orders of plants and such arriving today just for the initial addition (suck up nutrients). I was up till 3am last night removing all the rocks and catching the extra fish in that tank.
So when I did not receive a "your order has been shipped" email yesterday I emailed them and they replied with "sorry your order wasn't shipped, would you like to schedule it for another day?" WHAT!? :swear: I am so mad!
Now I need the opinions!
How would you handle this situation? They are a VERY reputable company. I have not been able to find a single person that has had an issue with them and trust me I have looked! But come on, how unprofessional is this!?
