What about this for a small tank. It's only $45 for up to 40g tank. Is it a good system? Seems way off from $300 so I wasn't sure if it was missing something important

There's also this for $130

The problem with the first one is the EXPENSIVE refills which have to be refilled A LOT.

The second one isnt bad at all, but a little over the top for this setup (up to 200 gallons) "CO2 bottle not included" which will run you 60-70$.

Again the best setup for this setup would be a DIY Paintball setup which can be bought regularly at TpT for around 45-60 with mostly everything included.

Right on. That's exactly why I asked. I figured if we are already on the subject why not XD maybe I should sign up at that forum if they're fairly easy to find on there

All these boards have a great purpose and ALL specialize in different areas, No one is better than the other. AC, MFK, TpT are the only 3 I visit on a Regular Basis.

When you refer to a paintball co2 setup, you mean use a paint ball co2 canister and regulator that I could find on amazon. add a bubble counter and diffuser and it will work with air line? and slowly put co2 into my tank?

EXACTLY...you are WELL on your way to becoming a PLANTED MASTER.

btw you will still need a Needle Value to go along with that setup.
