This thread is weird!
If you are worried about who talks to you and what your general popularity ranking is on a fish forum, you need a little more social stimulation.
I have always been of the "who cares what people think" mentality, and at this point in my life (pushing 30) I've found that if I am myself then people who share my interests and that I enjoy spending time with gravitate to me. Those who don't appreciate my personality and are overbearing I let have no bearing on my life.
The point is you're not going to find alot of "hotties" interested in the other post you wrote here or whatever this issue is because people don't come here for that. There's a time and a place...

I am giving my opinion about a situation someone finds themself in.
True, some people agree with me, others do not. If they come out in difference to my opinion, so be it. I like a good arguement...it causes thought.
But I never felt like I was being shunned because I didn't get a response that supported by statement.
:OT: Since I really am clueless on what this topic is about, let me generate a statement or two, and see where it leads and how many differences of opinion are generated yet those same individuals will still contribute accurate info to questions asked, based on their experience and opinion...
and I promise not to feel ignored...
I love undergravel filters...if you do not use them you don't know jack!
Bullcrap! There is a lot of bacteria in your substrate and it floats you through minor cycles.
Air stones are great and increase dissolved Oxygen content so cannister filters can be effective biological filters.
pH is so important all fish will die if they are not in the natural enviorenment they have never experienced.

Ok, ok lets have a bit of calm.....the important thing is not to get 'this' out of context! Now, i'm unclear what 'this' is and i'm sure i have no idea what context it was said in, but one thing i am sure of is leave 'this' 'in'. Like all things 'this' probably doesn't like being moved 'out' of anything, especially if its got to go back 'in'. 'This' like 'that' should surely be left comfortably sandwhiched between the warm bossom of context and no where else. Well i hope we are all clear now on the subject of 'this' thread.....no i really hope we are....i would donate my kidneys to the devil if someone responseable just told me they knew what was going on......please!
Well thank you beblondie I will try to remember and fix that lol. I would like to say that I fully agree with you Debra Mark you are right as well as most of what Graphicdesingn R had to say. However I feel that if people don't take me seriously because I give props to how they look they are a bit shallow.... again this is my opinion before I get crucified for it lol. I made my post (the first one) in response to somthing that a few other people not just myself saw and were taken aback by. It just happens I am the only one who felt strong enough to comment about it. I am not looking to gain a mass approval and make everyone love me. Personaly I make it a point to do my very best to be kind, honest and open minded in life doing all that I can not to hurt others or myself. I love my family and my pets and I know that they love me. Weather people like me or not is up to them and I thought just by posting this it would be obvious I am happy with eather choice they make. My whole point of starting this thread was to try and open some eyes to the fact that some people on this site, kids included, may have a tough time fending for themselves when others are so hard pressed to give a new person a chance. Plus with my co-dependent comment I was saying that alone some are very nice, open and easy to talk to but once they are with there little clique its like you were never there having a conversation at all. If this is how people want to be thats ok but keep it in the chit chat and chat rooms not in the forums its not nice to turn a persons thread into your own avoiding the topic completely.

Highjack all youd like no one gets what i am saying anyways lol I guess my opinions just start drama I never ment to start. Soooooo have a blast lol. I never ment to get everyone all angry or confused but it happens so now ill just go with it I guess.
