Topfin 125G Build, PetSmart BF Deal

Most stores around here have two on floor. Although I saw one store that had both as sold. Plan on calling corporate office on them. BS
The deal is also for the 120 tank and stand combo. Stores here have one of those.

Got the corner trim on and front molding on. Can't nail the top trim, so have to wait for glue to dry. My father came today to measure for doors. Doing two large up top and two short at bottom. This stand is getting really heavy lol

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Putting first coat of paint on today, or shall I say wife is putting first coat on. We plan to do some built ins on the wall around the aquarium now. Should look really nice.

So we are thinking a sand base with sections of black Rock or sand to create different areas and paths around structure. I don't like having a the same substrate everywhere
 
I was able to purchase online today for the BF price; which is 50% off $330. The door buster price is $300. I don't want to take chance on someones beating me to it.

You built a masterpiece of a stand! Super nice. I would have just done the $330 online order and store pickup too. My closest store was out of the 125g combo when I checked online at 2pm. Some other local stores show them in stock yet..

Thank you. It's getting there. We got it inside, hardly. I bet it weighs 200+lbs. Still need to put door braces in and cut holes for electrical and plumbing.

Good thing I ordered online. I was third in line, 1st guy was getting 125. 2nd guy wanted 120, then me with my reserved 125. So as we are waiting, an employee is loading the 120, the ONLY 120, into her car. She said "perks of the job, get a job here next black Friday." I went off on that B!+@&. So second guy had to settle for the 75 gallon. He got an extra 25% off.

Looks great! Just curious what tops and lights came with the tank? Was the stand that came with it assembled?
 
Stand is assembled. Three glass tops and two light fixtures. Bulbs look short. Won't keep them long. I'll hopefully have pictures soon. Need to keep drift wood down.

Yeah, assuming it came with 2, 36" T8 fluorescent strip lights, I think most of them are fitted with 24", 17watt lamps.

How's the store bought stand? I'm assuming it's got some "real" wood on it if it's pre-assembled?

You asked If I was getting one of these 125's? Maybe some day! Got all I want at the moment with the 4 tanks I've got running.
