Trip To Chinatown, Part 2

The plants have always been $5+ for as long as I've gone there. You sure you aren't confusing it with another store?

pacific is the only store i have bought plants from, around a year ago..maybe they were just giving me deals..but i seriously do not remember paying 5 bucks for plants..lol
 
I'm pretty sure you have them confused. Nearby Win Aquarium has prices closer to your claim, $3 plants and $1.50 shrimp.

nope..definitely wasn't win..when i first started going to pacific i didn't know win was around there..pacific is the only LFS i have ever bought plants from.
 
Where is that place? (what state)
 
its in chinatown in NYC do you think if i bought fish there they could take a 4 hour drive home? in the summer BTW.... i never even thought to shop for fish when i visit. Im usually in the neighborhood to buy handbags LOL
