Would you reccommend one for a 90g reef? My rockwork is very solid but i also have corals that are still pretty freshly fragged. It's very beautiful but I don't know what kind of hazards they can cause? I hear they will pick up loose frags, rocks, shells and move them around or 'wear' them.

Yes, they will try to hide themselves with assorted loose things (and some that weren't previously loose). They're cool, but definitely not for everyone. If you have all the rockwork affixed (not just "stable") and your corals are presumably the same, it would be okay in a 90. Eventually, it may be too much as corals begin to grow in and crowd out the open rock spaces, though. You'd have to get rid of it, then.
one word of warning though, I have a longspine in my 20 and when it ran out of algae it moved on to eating my acros. you have to keep it well fed.
