I think by "inside of plywood" he means the cut edges(?)
Heck I got an A in shop and never made anything that nice.
Trim is going to make a big difference.

It really was so easy. If you get the pvc, it is actually amazing how easy it was to put together.

I am working on the canopy now, but it might not be done for a while. : /
