Updated Pics Reef and Sump

Very nice! Love them updates!

Can you get pics of your sump? Did you build it yourself?

Everything looks so awesome :D

Thanks!! Here's what it looked like right after it was installed. Now it looks like a sewer with bugs, coralline, macro and micro algaes, xenia growing wild, etc.

Has a lot more LR in there now too. I had dried base rock that was doing nothing so I put it in there slowly.

Pretty cool :D

I guess it was a 50 gallon tank you put bubble traps in? I'd be so worried to have a "hang on" skimmer with a tank that big in case it ever "went nuts" - lol.

Thanks. The HO is just temporary until I can figure out which outside skimmer is best for my setup. I maintain it pretty regularly, but you're right. If I let it go, it'll boil over sometimes.

Your tank is incredible. Excellent job, she's definitely a beauty =)

I love looking at reef tanks...they are so awesome...yours are reeeeaaallllyyyy cooolll....

I have a question on your water pump.

How many GPH is it rated at and what size piping are you using on the return?

looks good!
