in additon to the boards defense, people may read your post and the responses given and feel they are either being worked on or agree with the posts that are already posted. It's just not feasible to post "yeah, I agree with fishy".....
Onto my opinion of the problem. Choosing tiger babrbs (IME) is always a tough thing to do. They are tenacious little buggers and often go through a hierarchy type deal when placed in a tank. The strongest one will fight like a demon to keep as the number 1 spot. Then work on down the school. You can add more to the school to alleviate some of this but as suggested, that might turn into an overstocking issue. The fish having cloudy eyes is indicative of a lowered immune system, then cloudy eyes was sparked probably from moving the fish from the LFS which may have been less than sanitary, to yolur tank which sounds as if it is up to par as far as water changing and things like that.
