As far as International rates, One thing considered back when the rates were set-up was the value of the US dollar being more. Another thing was that we send quarterly Newsletters and Bi-monthly Buntbarsche Bulletin. These would have higher shipping rates as everything is NOT Online.
I urge everyone to reconsider, join the ACA and become part of one of the GREATEST organizations in the World, and help Li and the ACA have a new and BOLDER future!!!
