Warning: PLEASE READ THIS THREAD!!!!!!

This is the end. I got a call back from steve at glacier water services. He said that after long thought he was going to refund my money. I am leaving to go to the lfs to get an estimate (which they are faxing to him before he will release the check) and put a few things on hold untill the check arrives. It will be for the $610. As I am very happy with how Steve treated me after we got in touch and how the situation was handled I would recomend them (just not for tank water). I will be calling walmart when I get home from the lfs to let them know that the problem has been handled and they no longer need to work on it.
 
Most of the cost I didn't really nit-pick. It's a 10 gal AGA tank I'm not going to wine ove $12. I did get compensted for 99% of my loss and that makes me happy. It's always a good settlement when you walk away happy which I am.
 
good for you. I hope you didn't lose too many creatures....
 
Not really most of the cost was in equipment saturated in copper, but i did lose some corals. I just faxed the final release I had to sign to get my check it will be in the mail on monday. (and yes it did say that it was only valid once I cashed the check so they cant try that, just thought i'd let the less trusting know)

Got to long for me to e able to remember what was used. If I'm there it's one thing but trying to remember 10 pages of smilies from when I was'nt fghting would probably do you more harm than good.
