i think your right about that....Actually maybe it was higher for feeders...probably 1800 gallons for a feeder fish..No wait, it was 180000000 Gallons for a feeder fish, ya I think thats right. Ill sell my 33 right now and upgrade to a 180000 tank for my 2 feeders so my tank wont be overstocked anymore

You've taken only part of that quote, and thus changed the meaning by the original poster. "For life", I'm sure, meant for the full life of a healthy comet goldfish. A comet should be able to reach 18-20" in length, and therefore a 180g standard tank (w/ a inside footprint of 71" x 23"), would be the smallest tank feasible with respects to typical aquarium sizes.

Perhaps we can all "drop it" now.
