Water/Filter Change?

I was wondering about a water change.. My tank has been running now for about 5 weeks or so without any water change or filter change. Should I do a quick water change?? And should I clean out/rinse off the filter's foam pads and just put them back or should I replace the the foam with new ones??

Is it a fishless cycle? if yes, what are you useing to start the cycle....:dance2:

I think it has already cycled through, I just added a little clean up crew about a week ago and they are doing fine.

Do you have a water test kit, if so what are the readings....:dance2:

Yes, I've been testing on a regular basis..

Ammonia - 0
pH - 8.2
Nitrates - 10-15 range
Nitrites - 0

OK thanks for that. So I'm assuming that I should do a decent size water change.

What about my filter though? Should I put in new foam or should i just rinse off what's in there now? I have a Cascade 700 canister filter with bio rings, bio sponge and bio floss.

I have fw, but your basic water parms. look good, PWC's never hurt, do you have your mixture ready to go, you could swish the filters in tank water to clean them.....
