Malefic returns from the lands in the south, towing a handcart of good strong ale for his pub "The battered Pleco". Known for it's strong, flavorfull ale, and it's horrible tasting fried fish, it's the town's choice for dinner, if only because it's the only place in town other than meemee's. Head down, arms knotted with the strain of hauling the keg behind him, he almost misses the windows with boards, the look of fear in each villager's eyes he meets. Then the horsemen of the baron round the corner, looking for all their regalia like the last four of the apocylapse... What's happened to my little town?!?

I thought only wolves and men at arms could discuss things in PM? If you were one of our village defenders, you'd be screaming it at the top of your lungs. That only leaves...

I like this game. It's got fear, loathing, paranoia, personal grudges, and that's just among the innocents! Wait till the wolves start tearing up the town and we're gonna see some real action!

Post 149 vote on Ice : Note I think the only other votes on ice during the game were zs...possibly joander at one point...don't quote me on that though.

Eh, either way, I vote to lynch IceH2O. And I believe that puts you at the head of the line for the angry mob, wolf boy...

Post 241 : Charlie says mal is trying to start a lynch train. Mal distances himself from the vote but doesn't retract it :

Mal finishes putting away his food stocks from the south. The ale is good and strong as always, but no ale will be strong enough to keep the sinister forces away this coming night. Should he even open his doors to the public? It's not like anyone likes deep fried bottom feeder anyway. Sadly he drags the slops from last night's leftovers to the midden behind the pub. Returning to his back door, he freezes, a look of dawning horror on his face. The thick oak door in the rear of the pub is scarred by fresh deep claw marks... Oh dear God protect me. The wovles are at my door! Mal kneels down in front of the door and begins to pray.

Ah, back from a long day slaving over a wood burning stove. I trust all service at the pub was satisfactory today, and that a nourishing healthy meal was served to each of my good neighbors. And I ground up a little vial of silver salts into the food today, looking to see if anyone would burst into flames or something. No one did, but it's an old old spice, and may have lost it's potencey. I'll be looking into silver sage and cooking with wolfsbane from watauga's garden.

Quite a day of accuasation going on, it took me quite a while to read it, including all the lists. I've noticed a few patterns building, but I'm not sure if I should mention them or not. Being new to this kind of game, but an old hand at role playing games, I'm familar with a few of the standard deceptive tactics. I'll be reviewing the last minute posts and thinking about a quick vote change if get any kind of confirmation in my mind. I would like to ask for one clarification from another player.








17 other possible hit victims means 3 wolves right? And the game has 3-4 wolves in it. How do you know how many wolves are in the game? Or am I reading this wrong. Still feeling out the special roles factor of the game. Eh, I'm a newbie, and I'm picking up after a mind numbing 12.5 hour day...

Mal raises his weary head and begins the process of barracading the pub for the night. It's been a day of fear in the village, and he's almost as afraid of his own neighbors as he is of the wolves. Will this nightmare ever end?

Ok, kinda sorta caught up. Glad we got not one, but TWO wovles! Of course I'd vote it on Z, I just had to get some rest after this massive work weekend. My participation will improve, and I look foreward to running down the rest of this pack.


A new day is dawning, and Mal heads to the pub with a grin. Two wolves gone in two days! Perhaps this will be over soon, and everyone can rest easier. He thinks of how he almost had Sir Ice lynched and shudders... Fear is not a pretty emotion. But with when he arrives at the pub, he sees the crosses he's erected have been torn down in the night. A hard look crosses his face as he picks up the shattered pieces of silver oak he carved them from. Night's coming soon lycan, he thinks. We will find you yet!

Now, we havn't heard from mal since that post, all of the above are effectively mumbo jumbo or promises to help. I suspect Mal for effectively the same reasons as I suspect Lady G (I still do just not quite as much as mal) and I vote to lynch Malefic

Guys I can see it for Joander too - if only for being least helpful and counter productive - but look at the rush of votes to him and be careful.

I didn't think you needed to retract a vote if you place a new one. I thought the new vote supercedes the old vote. Correct me if I am wrong...

Not sure, I wish Jo would have put up a better fight. Its hard not knowing how many there were to begin with. I'd want to think 4 wolves and we killed 2 so only 2 are left but I could be way off.

It could be KOTD is Alpha and this is a great distraction to Jo or Jo is Alpha and he isn't fighting it so the wolves can't protect him. Or they are both wolves so we have both cornered but KOTD is Alpha so Jo is taking the heat.

Out of all I think KOTD has been a power role and knows he would need to send in the hit also had time to PM Ogre after his late vote, Jo hasn't been a power role and wasn't around at all till after night fall.

I have to go but should be home to catch up before night falls.
