What do you feed your cichlids?

It works for a couple of hours than back to the chasing and harassing issues.. Like Pappy said rearrange the rocks add more if necessary.. Last ditch effort is to rehome the aggressor because if you remove the fish getting the beat down the aggressor will go onto the next target..

Have you tried rearranging the decor?

I'll do that today. My dolphin is dead, the Deep Water hap MIA, and Eureka Red Jake piloted by the ghost of Elvis. WTH?

So sorry for your loss :(

Couple questions first, what are your water parameters? I know you added all these guys at once which is ok but may have strained the beneficial bacteria.

I looked back at your thread from when you got them, have you added more decore? The pictures you had of your 55 looked like they didn't have many hiding places.

I would do a water change to be safe. I thought I read somewhere that Blue dolphins can be sensitive. I can't find it now so I don't know if that's true or not.

Thanks, Blue. The water params are still ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 10. I do a water change weekly of 20-25%. There seems to be plenty of hiding places, but I may not have showed that, so I'll post more pics before I re-arrange.

Bad luck.. If i may offer try to do a little larger water change they will be fine with 50% weekly just make sure you add some stress coat or Prime your choice both work great..

Yes, that is the NLS. You can use the Cichlid Formula or the Thera A formula with extra garlic. You can get it at some sites like That Fish Place or PetSolutions.

Another source would be eBay if you have Pay-Pal just search New Life Spectrum..
