what do you think is the best schooling fish

Rummy-Nosed tetra's form a nice tight school

Tin Foil barbs if you have a big enough tank. Ive only been able to see them truly school in a public aquarium but its quite amazeing.

I'm fond of Harlequin rasboras. Nice, bright, shiny, and even tempered.

I personally dislike zebra danios... they zip around the tank like hyperactive fish on crack. Not relaxing or enjoyable for me or the other fish in the tank.

the most imressive display of schooling I saw was in a tank with 100 pygmy cories.

My pristella tetras were good about forming a pretty tight school. They are very peaceful fish, I just love them.

I bet a large school of giant danios would be impressive. I have three, and they are always together and moving, but if I had a tank large enough for a few dozen, it would be something to keep your eyes busy!
