What filter would you use?

I am going to be replacing all the "cheapy" walmart filters on my 3 ten gallon tanks.
Tank 1: 10 neon tetras and soon 15 yellow shrimp. Has some floating hornwort and a small apon.
Tank 2: 1 male betta, bottom is "grassed" with java moss and a large sword of some type.
Tank 3: 5 columbian tetras with some floating hornwort.

I am never any good at picking the right equipment, which is why I am thankful for you all Any ideas as to what types of filters to use?

Any generic HOB filter works for a 10 gallon. Is there a reason you're replacing all of them? I like the penguins or aquaclears.

I know its pricey, but if it was me, an Ehiem 2213. That or the 501.

Aquaclear 20 or 30, Penguin 100. Whispers can be noisy.

I think I am going with the AC20, this would be enough filtration for a ten right? I am replacing all the "cheapy" filters because I am just tired of them and want something that will continue to work WELL unlike the cheapies I have that the output suckx on

I would be inclined just to use sponge filters.

I would go with a 30, actual flow rate is usually less than advertised.....
