What is everyone doing for Cinco de Mayo?

I went out of Tampa Bay in the Gulf of Mexico and fished near Egmont Key and inside the North Channel around the bridge channels. We caught some spanish mackerel and some small snapper. Spanish mackerel are not just for Cinco de Mayo! And, the Gulf of Mexico was nice and calm that day.
