rats are definetly the most intelligent, at least of the rodents ive come across.

plus the fox has an obvious bias towards them ;)

You don't have squirrels on the list. They're among the smartest. You do have Hares on the list - they're lagomorphs, not rodents.
i agree they are the smartest

squirrels arent rodents, theyre pachyderms.
Rodents = mammals
Humans = mammals
Rodents = Humans
Humans are the smartest rodents...?

I know which is the smartest, I used to keep them as pets.

well googling actually doesnt help...I cant help but wonder if this is an opinion based question...how do we measure intelligence?
when it comes to animals, its usually based on their ablility to solve problems and reason.

Ok it does not matter if you no a rabbit is not really rodent but it does have a huge pair of teeth so its close enought. We are not a bunch of science geeks!

And sorry about the squrrils.

Yes they do have teeth...I think this one may be the smartest.

^obviously not a rodent (since it's a carnivore of the first order)

pachyderm: Any of various large, thick-skinned, hoofed mammals such as the elephant, rhinoceros, or hippopotamus.

lagomorphs: fully furred feet, 2 pairs of upper incisors (rodents - somewhat bald feet, one pair of upper incisors)

I dunno if its a carnivore since I don't think it actually eats the people it kills...its just mean. :p
