What is your Career/Job?

Not too sure if this is already a thread, but I'm really confused as what I want to do in life right now.
Every adult around me is either in the military, or a teacher.
That's literally it.
I just wanted to see what the people on AC do and how they like it.

Right now I'm thinking graphic design or possibly an anesthesiologist.

Mind giving a little insight to a youngin'?

I'm a systems engineer / network engineer for a regional ISP. Just explore. You need money to survive and thrive, and eventually you will find a job that you don't hate.

I am an administrative assistant/supervisor of clerical staff - Both of your options sound interesting but are certainly on different ends of the spectrum. What I see most do is to go to college and take the pre-requisites first, this gives you more time to fish around and see what really peaks your interest. Good luck to you!

I'm a senior telecommunications analyst.

If it were me chosing between the two you listed, I'd chose the anesthesiologist. Mainly because they cant send those jobs overseas. It seems like their is more job security in healthcare.

But I would suggest go with whatever your interest is stronger in. Follow your heart!
